Last Will – A Last Will or testament is a legal declaration by which a person, the testator or testatrix, names one or more persons to manage his or her estate and provides for the distribution of his or her property at death.
Living Will- A living will is a legal document in which a person specifies what actions should be taken for their health if they are no longer able to make decisions for themselves because of illness or incapacity.
Trust Deed- A trust is created by a person, who transfers some or all of his or her property to a trustee. The trustee holds that property for the trust’s beneficiaries (third person). An owner placing property into trust turns over part of his or her bundle of rights to the trustee, and is given legal title to the trust property, but is obligated to act for the good of the beneficiaries.
A Power of Attorney (POA) or letter of attorney is a written authorization to represent or act on another’s behalf in private affairs, business, or some other legal matter. The person authorizing the other to act is the “principal”, “grantor”, or “donor”. The one authorized to act is the “agent”.

The client provides us specific instructions and details for each Will Package and on the basis of the instructions provided by him, we draft Will Packages.

Operating Agreement:

We have also drafted an Operating Agreement. An Operating Agreement is an Agreement among limited liability company members governing the LLC’s business, and Member’s financial and managerial rights and duties. Limited Liability Companies are very flexible in nature and the operating agreement defines each member or manager’s rights, powers and entitlements. This includes capital accounts, membership interest, distributions of profit and allocated tax responsibility. This internal document is an agreement set by the company members that contains provisions for critical items and rules that run the company. Operating Agreements can be amended at any time by the company members or managers.
