We received the information from the client’s researcher regarding the status of the files relating to properties and prepared and submitted lien search reports.
We searched for the liens on the property through the Property Appraiser report of the particular county where the subject property was located. We also prepared real estate tax reports.
We searched for whether the subject property is located in the jurisdiction for Code Enforcement or not. This was found in the Property Appraiser under Municipality or Tax District.
Likewise, for permissions, sanctions, licenses, and authorizations, we searched for the location of the subject property in the appropriate jurisdiction.
For the provision of utilities, we searched for providers of the utility services for water and sewer for the address where the subject property is located.
Based on the above-mentioned process, we generated comprehensive reports regarding the Liens on the subject property.
