Taran Sidhu, Chief Executive Officer

Taran Sidhu is the CEO and Head of Outsourcing at Legal Support World. He leads all outsourcing operations across group delivery centers, and spearheads business strategy. Under his leadership, Legal Support World has grown into a sought-after legal process management organization.

Taran has been a pioneer in the outsourcing industry through the last two decades. His understanding of market landscape, commitment to value creation, and team building strengths make him a much respected leader in the industry.

Before turning entrepreneur, Taran has worked in leadership roles across India’s prestigious outsourcing companies. He holds an MBA from Symbiosis, Pune, and is an avid equestrian.

Ritu Kaushal, Operations Head

Ritu is the Operations Head of Legal Support World. She drives the organization’s delivery, operations, process improvements, and quality control.

She has been instrumental in establishing Legal Support World’s functions and teams from the very start. She has close to 15 years’ experience in legal process outsourcing solutions, and has extensive expertise in a wide range of legal services. She is a graduate in Law, and a post-graduate in Political Science.
